Khartoum Airport
If travelling to Sudan by air you will inevitably use Khartoum Airport as its served by British Airways, EgyptAir, Ethiopian Airlines, Kenya Airlines, Lufthansa etc as well as Sudan Airlines itself. It also serves as a military airport, however is due to be replaced by a new airport in the next few years.
Variously described as a 'nightmare airport' 'bureaucracy gone mad' 'rude and discourteous' 'no information boards' etc few have anything positive to say about the airport or the staff there, although they can be more amenable if slipping some cash into their hands.
